Happy New Year: Reflections and Goals For The New Year

As we look back at what was an amazing 2016, we want you to know how important you’ve been to our growth over the past year and how excited we are for an even greater 2017! At the end of the day (and year) it's all about the people we get to work with and the relationships we have built together.

In 2016, we grew our Birmingham (Acton Road) office, in both staff and closing capacity. We welcomed new talent to the South Oak team including Kristy Berry, Client Development; Christy Johnson, Marketing; Megan Templeton, Attorney and Post-Closing Manager; Sara Nichols, Closer; and Melissa Glass, Title Coordinator. These great additions to our team will help us better serve our clients.

We also expanded South Oak Title to include locations in Huntsville and Montgomery, AL as well as Franklin, Tennessee. Our Trussville office continues to grow and has recently added support staff as well.

As we look to 2017, we will continue to push forward with new ideas, technology and ways to make the title and closing experience even better for each of our real estate clients. We anticipate adding other South Oak Title offices in the coming year that will serve the real estate community throughout the Southeast.
