  • Bookkeeping and accounts payable for multiple LLC entities in Quickbooks
  • Preparation of commission calculations and other reporting as requested
  • Reports directly to CFO
  • Proactively identify issues and areas for improvement within the current practices that optimize efficiencies and/or reduce total costs
  • Intercompany accounting process and billing

Technical Skills:

  • A strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is required (QuickBooks Online preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
  • Minimum 2 years general accounting experience

  • Must possess excellent analytical skills
  • Must have accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Must be able to work well with others and be an effective team member and leader
  • Must be organized, flexible, and able to adjust to changing priorities
